Using Pro Custom Labs
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the content and artwork you upload for customization.
Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Stripe. Orders are produced to your specifications once payment is confirmed; production and shipping timelines will be communicated after purchase.
Fundraisers & Team Stores
Organizers who start a fundraiser or team store are responsible for the accuracy of their organization details and payout information, and agree to our review and approval process before a store goes live.
Uploaded Content
You must own or have rights to any logo, image, or text you upload for customization. We reserve the right to decline artwork that infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
Pro Custom Labs is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
